OverviewThis intensive three-day hysteroscopy workshop offers a complete learningpathwayfrom fundamentals to advanced operative techniques. Through a combinationof focused lectures, interactive brainstorming, real-time simulator training, andlivesurgery, participants will refine both their cognitive understanding and their finemotor skills in hysteroscopy. The course is designed to help gynecologists buildthemindset, personality, and technical precision required of a modern endoscopicsurgeon, with structured opportunities for reflection, discussion, and mentorship.
The workshop places strong emphasis on practical decision-making, safe intrauterinenavigation, and the management of complex pathologies. Participants will workclosely with expert faculty in small groups and one-on-one sessions, allowingdirectfeedback on technique, ergonomics, and problem-solving in real clinical scenarios. Bythe end of the course, attendees will have experienced the full continuumof hysteroscopic care—from basic vaginoscopy and cervical insertion to challengingresectoscopic procedures and live operative cases in the operating theatre.

Development
Develop the professional mindset and personality traits of a successful endoscopic surgeon.
Research
Understand the “body language” of hysteroscopy, including instrumentation handling, ergonomics, and fine movement control.
Stratify
Apply a systematic approach to the diagnosis and correction of congenital anomalies of the female genital tract (vaginal, cervical, and uterine).
Resection
Perform core diagnostic and operative hysteroscopic procedures, including polyp retrieval and basic resectoscope techniques.
Manage
Manage hysteroscopic myomectomy and endometrial ablation safely and effectively.
Recognizing
Recognize and treat severe intrauterine adhesions (Asherman’s syndrome) and reconstruct a completely obliterated uterine cavity.
Anticipate
Anticipate, troubleshoot, and manage intraoperative complications such as leakage of distension media, loss of fluid pressure, poor visibility, and electrocautery malfunction.
Simulator
Translate simulator performance into improved operating room skills through supervised live surgery and individualized feedback.
